I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Biggs office! A friendly and proffesional staff and I can't say enough about Dr. Biggs. He was so patient, kind, and understanding about my anxiety. My procedure was painless and comfortable. Anyone who has worries about these things should definitely go to Dr. Biggs he is amazing and does great work. I refer everyone I know to his office. What a great experience! I had a ton of apprehension about a root canal but I can honestly say Dr. Biggs made me feel so at ease, it was the best dental experience I have ever had. Too bad Dr. Biggs can't do all my dental work!

Woke up one morning with a back tooth that was really sensitive to hot and cold. I was told I would someday need a root canal on that tooth, but I had been putting it off because of a bad experience before. So, I called Dr. Biggs office to see if they could get me in. They got me in the next day and it was fantastic... if you could use that adjective to describe a root canal. I hope I don't need another root canal, but if I do I'm going back.

Dr. Biggs has an excellent chair side approach. His examination was lengthy and thorough and in the end we decided that it was not the time to do the work. Not yet. I'm always impressed with a professional that tells you nothing needs to be done or it's not the right time, when they could just as easily charge you for unneeded work. If the time comes that I do need work done I'm 100% sure I will be going back to Dr. Biggs.
